Dr. Davidson's fee schedule is consistent with the rates typically charged by licensed psychologists. Fees are discussed with prospective clients in the initial telephone consultation before an appointment is scheduled. The practice is fee-for-service and assignment of benefits is not accepted. If requested, a health insurance claim form will be provided to assist the client in gaining reimbursement from the insurance company.
